Please visit the Start Renting Now page and send us your event details and we will confirm the availability of equipment within a few hours of receipt.

All of our products are rented for a maximum of 8 hours.

Delivery is FREE around 15 miles of Woodland Hills, CA if a bundle of products are renting. i.e., bounce house, plus chairs and tables. For others delivery fee depends on the drop-off address, please fill out the form to get the quote.

For cancellations or modifications, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and modifications are subject to availability.

We handle the cleaning and sanitization of all rented items. However, please ensure that items are free of excessive dirt and debris to avoid additional cleaning fees.

In the rare event of any issues, please contact our customer service immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly. For emergencies, we provide a 24/7 hotline.

Certain equipment may have specific setup requirements or restrictions. Please provide details about your venue during the ordering process, and our team will guide you accordingly.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. If you pay in full, you get a %5 discount.

Changes to your order can be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us at least  before your scheduled delivery.
